Ballet: Classical form of dance which develops grace, strength, and poise

HipHop: An energetic form of dance including a range of street dance styles 

Contemporary: Modern style of dance that combines ballet and jazz

Jazz: A high-level energy dance form that is unique in its wide variety of technique and style

Stretch/Meditation: Class consisting of stretching, strengthening, and relaxing meditation.

Odissi: An Indian classical dance originated in Odisha, known for its grace and unique poses.

Bollywood: A dance genre that is a mixture of modern jazz and Indian folk dancing.
